As Managing Director, Alison Kendall
began her career as a Trainee Chartered Surveyor working in
the District Valuer's Office in Local Authorities' within Derby,
Leicester and London. Moving then to Estate Agency, Alison
was a Regional Manager for Halifax Property Services, the head
of Land & New Homes covering Dixons' vast network of Midlands'
offices, before becoming an Associate at Knight Frank when
their Birmingham office was established in 1998.

Having been at
the forefront of the city living phenomenon, Alison joined award-wining
developer MCD as Sales & Marketing Director before conceiving Concept
2 Completion in January 2003.
Alongside Alison, the Concept 2 Completion team comprises experienced
industry professionals with an in-depth knowledge of new homes
and residential land. Offering a valuable insight into roles
such as site sales negotiators, sales managers, customer care
personnel, agency sales staff and residential land acquisitions
