We see a key
part of our role as following a reservation through to completion.
We will work with the on-site staff to make sure purchasers are
kept informed and feel valued throughout the process of buying
their new home, as well as developing systems to communicate
effectively with buyers' mortgage consultants and solicitors.

Once contracts
have been exchanged, we will ensure that purchasers are kept
up to speed with any changes to the build programme and are provided
with realistic occupation dates to manage their expectations.
Once purchasers prepare to take occupation, Concept 2 Completion's
dedicated Customer Service Division will handle all aspects of
after-sales care, overseeing matters relating to handovers, snagging
and follow up care. |
