in the residential sector, we can ensure that the process of
producing all the necessary sales tools does not become a time-rich
activity for the developer. Crucially we are also skilled at
setting and managing marketing budgets.

Once the sales
campaign gets off the ground, we can facilitate media bookings
for press, radio, on-line, poster and other types of 'outdoor'
advertising such as at train stations, airports and shopping
centres. We also work in partnership with marketing consultants
to determine the content of each advert, homing in on the most
effective message to communicate to the target audience at each
stage of the sales programme.
And, when it comes to creating the perfect showhome, we work
with interior designers throughout the UK and understand their
individual strengths and suitability to each project. |
